We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience to support full-cycle recruiting across our industrial and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, skilled in sourcing hard-to-find talent, and comfortable partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for hourly and salaried industrial roles.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and skilled industrial positions.
- Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish as needed.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring recommendations.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified applicants.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity in the ATS.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies.
- Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to support recruiting goals.
- Contribute to improvements in recruiting processes and candidate experience.
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume environments.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort recruiting for both hourly and skilled trade roles.
- Experience working with an ATS and standard recruiting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
