OVERVIEW:
Quigley Electric Ltd. is a family owned and operated business that has been providing electrical services in and around Okotoks, AB since 1971. We are currently looking to add a motivated and organized temporary Receptionist to our team.
RESPONSIBILITES:
•Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner;
•Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette;
•Monitor required email accounts;
•Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages;
•Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
•Enter purchase orders, vendor invoices and cash receipts;
•Schedule appointments and maintain calendars;
•Write up work orders for new projects;
•Prepare weekly service billing;
•Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
•Other administrative duties, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Previous experience with Viewpoint software is considered an asset;
•Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills;
•Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
•Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities;
•Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
This is a temporary one-year full-time position. An opportunity to extend employment past one year is possible, based on performance.
Office is located in Warner Business Park, approximately 20 minutes south of Calgary.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
