Ace Fire Systems is a locally owned and operated fire protection company in search of a driven and efficient front desk receptionist. Our ideal candidate is someone who always wants to be busy. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

- Update calendars and schedule meetings

- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

- Dispatch work orders to technicians

- Cash application

- Collections

- Generate and send invoices

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

- Proficiency in Computer Based software

- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

- Professional attitude and appearance

- Solid written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

- Excellent organizational skills

- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent customer service attitude

- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
