Quality Technician

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for performing inspections, audits and tests on products at various stages of production to ensure that customer specifications are being met and company quality standards are followed.

In addition to:

- Maintain process checklists and coordinate quality inspections.

- Work in a team environment on quality control issues to improve overall product quality.

This position will report to the site quality manager.

- Inspect parts and production samples to check for conformance to specifications.

- Identify non-conformances.

- Ensure that inspection activities are completed to schedule.

- Record quality inspection results and analyze data to identify and recommend improvement opportunities.

- CMM/ Romer programming and operation.

- Operator 3D scanner.

- Experience calibrating measurement equipment.

- Work with 3rd party contractors to outsource calibration equipment (when necessary).

- Perform pre-shipment inspections.

- Perform data pak analysis on the paint line.
