· Heavy use of robotic automation including robotic welding, robotic turret, robotic press brake and other automated systems

· Experience reading blueprints with very good math and analytical skills required.
· Understanding of material certifications and calibration standards
· Able to take action in regard to corrective and preventative actions in relation to customer satisfaction including but not limited to return material authorization, non-conformance reports and error proofing.
· Ability to identify opportunities to reduce scrap, rework, and customer returns by collaborating with the Production Team and Quality Manager.
· Ability to promote a culture of quality and follow through on tasks per required standards.
· Ability to work independently, quickly, and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities.
· Must be very detail oriented and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Customer service-oriented attitude with ability to communicate effectively with customers and thoroughly understand their requirements.
· Strong desire to assist in developing leading indicator metrics to improve company performance.
· Associates degree in a related field or 3 years of equivalent experience.
· Knowledge of welding processes and fundamentals a substantial plus.
· Experience or interest in using a CMM machine (Romer, Faro, etc.). Programming a substantial plus.
· Experience using monitoring/measuring equipment and other inspection tools and gauges for sampling, testing, and reporting required.
· Understanding or experience in an ISO 9001-2015 environment including documentation, revision control and verifications.
· Knowledge of metal fabrication processes including lasers, CNC turret punches, press brakes, welding, sawing and milling operations.
