The assembly operator is the core of our operations and manufacturing process. This position is responsible for the proper assembly of our products and changeover of the assembly process to meet order demands.
· You shall carry out all your responsibilities by applying and maintaining a culture of ethics and integrity in accordance with the values and standards of our Code of Conduct and Compliance Management System
· Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements that are defined within set work instructions
· With direct guidance in a team environment, perform routine product assembly within the allotted cycle time
· Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation.
· Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards. Responsibly for reporting quality defects and preventing defects from moving from his/her current station to the next station in the assembly line.
· Maintain 5S in the work area and look for continuous improvement opportunities
· Perform multiple operations through job rotation assignments
· Follow standard work procedures to perform operation(s)
· Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
· 1-2 years of previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
· Must be able to follow directions clearly
· Ability to operate general tools for production
· Read, write, and interpret job related documents/manuals
· Ability to work as a team and in a solo environment
· Willing and able to support management and others towards common goals
· Reliable attendance, including transportation and punctuality. Understanding communication with assigned supervisor is necessary if deviating from schedule.
· Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability

· On site in West Memphis, AR plant location - 40 hours per week is required
