RoleThe Solar Quality Control Technician ensures the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and code compliance across all commercial and residential solar installations. This independent, field-based role involves conducting comprehensive inspections, performing system performance testing, and reviewing documentation. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and Ownership, the Specialist also supports third-party contractors and may occasionally travel within the state of Florida.

The compensation range for this position is $18-30 per hour, based on experience. Compensation is structured to reflect the independent, high-responsibility nature of the role. This position is full-time (40 hours a week) and on-site in our Gainesville office. Compensation will be reassessed based on performance after the first 90 days.
