Role

PPM Solar is looking for a Solar Service Technician to join our team and enhance our diagnostic and repair capabilities and customer service excellence. This role requires exceptional technical troubleshooting skills, organizational ability, and effective communication. Our Service Technicians promote sustainable energy solutions by ensuring solar systems' functionality, safety, and reliability through actions like diagnosing and repairing solar inverters/arrays, performing on-site evaluations, and maintaining accurate service reports. Our Service Technicians support our shared vision by delivering exceptional customer experiences, enabling the widespread adoption of clean energy, and upholding the high standards of service that define PPM Solar.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $25-$40 per hour, based on experience. This position is full-time (40 hours a week) and on-site in our Gainesville office. Compensation will be reassessed based on performance after the first 90 days.
