Quality Control Inspector

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet all quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to verify product dimensions and specifications.

- Operate vision inspection systems and other advanced inspection tools to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.

- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly, providing feedback for process improvements.

- Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with company policies.

- Support ongoing training on quality systems and participate in internal or external audits as required.

- Experience soldering wires and reading wiring diagrams is a plus, but can be trained procedurally

Experience

- Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.

- Hands-on experience operating measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines.

- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and recommend improvements.

- Experience conducting or supporting quality audits is highly desirable.

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively. Pay: $23.52 - $35.00 per hour
