FIDELITY MANUFACTURING is part of the backup Power Generation Industry. We design and build backup power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time.

Position Summary: Lead auditor for audit planning & execution. Auditor will manage all internal and external audit plans, schedules, meetings, reports and analysis of audit results. The Quality Auditor will utilize results of audits to support corrective action and continuous improvement activities. They will work closely with the Training de3partment and Continuous Improvement teams. The Quality Auditor will also be responsible for creating and maintaining performance KPls.

Essential Functions: Create and manage the annual internal audit schedule. Conduct internal ISO 9001 audits, supplier audits, process-level audits, and customer audits. Lead opening and closing meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives and findings. Build and lead audit teams across departments. Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain audit records. Support maintenance of training plans and training documentation. Generate and track corrective action plans. Perform effective root cause analysis using structured tools. Travel to additional company sites as needed.

Qualifications:

- ISO 9001 auditing experience required.

- Auditor certifications or college degree in a Quality field.

- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to lead teams and manage conflict.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements: Walking, climbing, bending required during some audit activities. No lifting over 10 pounds. Occasionally climbing a ladder.

Working Conditions: Activities will be conducted indoors and out. The Production area is hot during most of the year and at times noisy. All PPE is provided by Fidelity. Report writing, some interviews and third party audits will be held in the climate controlled office.
