The Quality Assurance Manager develops and maintains the Quality Assurance Program. Interfaces with clients and other outside agencies on quality assurance matters and ensures audits and inspections are conducted as required by the Quality Assurance Program.
- Maintain and improve 10CFR50 Appendix B / ASME NQA-1 quality assurance program (including reporting requirements per 10CFR21) and ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Interface with management and technical staff to maintain compliance with quality programs.
- Lead internal and supplier audits.
- Interface with client quality personnel.
- Conduct quality program training.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 10+ years of experience in a utility, owner's engineer, or engineer of choice nuclear quality assurance organization.- Management experience (preferred).
