The Quality Assurance Manager
leads the development, implementation, and oversight of our Business Management System (BMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, customer requirements, and business objectives. This role is more than compliance it’s about driving enterprise-wide quality, reducing risk, and fostering continuous improvement. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, and other functions, the Quality Assurance Manager embeds quality principles into daily operations. The goal is to ensure proactive defect prevention, data-driven decision-making, and a culture of accountability that supports customer satisfaction, efficiency, and long-term business success.
