Lead, develop, and implement quality assurance processes to meet or exceeds customers’ and regulatory requirements, and internal requirements
- Ensure compliance and integrity of all quality systems
- Coordination and disposition of Returned Material Authorization (RMA)
- Coordination and generation of Corrective Action Report (CAR)
- Coordination and documentation of Technical Review Board
- Maintain standard operating procedures to conform to AS9100 and Nadcap, as well as all applicable standards and registration
- Work with the Production Team to meet product quality and production goals.
- Serve as customer Point of Contact for customer Quality issues
- Respond to Customer corrective action requests. Conduct Root Cause analysis and complete the corrective action response.
- Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries
- Manage and maintain the AS9100, ISO, and Nadcap certifications and company quality manuals
- Manage quality audits conducted by our customers
- Coordinate and Perform Internal Audits
- Lead, manage, train, and develops the inspection team
- Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to quality process and skills
- Makes staff recommendations as required or needed
- Participate in production meetings.
