Fermi Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Manager
to join our team and help ensure continued compliance with our Quality Assurance Manual (QAM) and client/regulatory standards. This role is critical in maintaining our high standards across nuclear engineering, project delivery, and consulting services.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Manual (QAM), client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Identify, record, and oversee resolution of quality issues, including initiating and monitoring non-conformances.
- Support project teams by embedding quality assurance and quality control practices into deliverables.
- Perform and support internal and external audits, tracking corrective actions through closure.
- Monitor staff qualifications and training compliance, issuing reminders ahead of expiry.
- Review and interpret quality-related requirements in client contracts and ensure alignment.
- Assist in supplier and subcontractor evaluation and monitoring to uphold quality expectations.
- Prepare and deliver reports on quality performance, trends, and risks to management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience (nuclear or other highly regulated industry preferred).- Knowledge of nuclear codes, standards, and safety culture.
- Experience leading or supporting audits (internal, supplier, or client).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or CSA N299 quality programs is considered an asset.
