Job Overview
The Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, & Environmental (QHSE) Manager position is responsible for all quality assurance related internal audits in adherence with regulatory standards. Is responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met during production. Oversees testing of processes and products. Is responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that safe work conditions are met throughout the operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Oversees and facilitates warranty claims and execution plans through various departments to closure;
· Opens Cases in SalesForce to track customer related equipment issues;
· Provides feedback loop to Engineering on product quality issues in the field;
· Creates Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for ALL top-level assembly power operated equipment produced in OEM Manufacturing and Aftermarket Sales;
· Manage expectations and provide supporting documentation for Inspectors to adequately inspect incoming parts from vendors, and completed work in the factory;
· Witness Equipment Testing and Ensure QA Reporting is completed and signed off by responsible personnel;
· Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and approving all QA/QC related documentation for ALL projects before final Shipment;
· Responsible for execution of NCR program, and dispositions material as required.
· KPI's - Gather reports for NCR management and Updates Scoreboard;
· Facilitates the assignment of material traceability per build;
· As required, maintain Quality Management Operating System;
· As required, load new assets into CRM Database (Salesforce) for tracking AMS before final Shipment;
· As required, conduct and facilitate external audits from customers;

The work environment requires that the employee exercise caution at all times and adheres to safety standards to avoid the risk of personal injury.
