QC Dimensional Inspector

Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, thread gages, height stands, and other gages to verify product specifications.

- Interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications to ensure accurate measurements and compliance with design intent.

- Collect and analyze dimensions during inspections, documenting findings meticulously for traceability and reporting purposes.

- Identify deviations from specifications promptly and communicate issues effectively to production teams for immediate resolution.

Experience

- 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment.

- Hands-on experience operating precision measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other IMTE gages.

- Gagemaker experience is a plus.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills for reporting findings clearly and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
