Join Our Team as a QA/QC Coordinator in Prince George

The QA/QC Coordinator supports consistent, compliant production across our ready-mix concrete and aggregates operations. You will perform and coordinate testing, maintain quality documentation, support troubleshooting, and work closely with plant operations and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Perform/coordinate concrete sampling and testing (slump, air, temperature, cylinders) and maintain traceable records.

- Support aggregates sampling/testing (gradation, moisture and related checks) and communicate results to operations.

- Maintain organized QA/QC documentation (test reports, NCRs, calibrations, certificates) and support audit readiness.

- Help investigate quality issues and support corrective actions with operations and suppliers as needed.

- Promote safe work practices in lab/plant/pit/jobsite environments.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

- Technical diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (or a related discipline) from a recognized post-secondary institution, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant QA/QC experience.

- 2–5+ years’ QA/QC experience in ready-mix concrete, aggregates, or construction materials testing.

- Knowledge of concrete materials and basic aggregates properties/testing.

- Strong attention to detail and confidence producing accurate reports and records.

- Strong communication skills and a practical, team-first approach.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
