Position Status: Permanent – Full Time / Temporary /
Work Schedule: Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, CST.
Purpose: The QAQC Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing essential administrative duties to the QA/QC department, maintaining department records and inspection files and performing additional administrative duties, as required, for the Quality Manager.
- Coordinate administrative functions, including procurement of office supplies and catering.
- Manage requests for welder testing, equipment calibration, and NDE subcontractor services.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive electronic data books.
- Prepare and update weld logs for both shop and field operations.
- Compile and analyze monthly reports, including weld rejection rate metrics.
- Create and maintain detailed weld and flange mapping documentation.
- Review and verify NDE invoices and subcontractor timesheets for accuracy.
- Maintain welder testing logs and process testing requests.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with MS office. *Highly skilled in Excel.- Must be results oriented, with strong, effective communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and evaluate changing priorities.
- Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Sit for long periods of time

- Use hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects
