Triple M Metal LP is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of EAM Coordinator at our head office in Brampton, ON.
The EAM Coordinator plays a critical role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system across all TMM yards and will be responsible for roll out initiatives across all North American locations.
This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting EAM/ERP implementations with a focus on aligning maintenance activities, managing work orders, equipment and services needed to support operational requirements ensuring data integrity and operational alignment.
The EAM Coordinator provides end-user training and support across multiple departments including Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Accounting, and QES to drive effective system utilization and compliance with best practices.
Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation & Data Integrity
- Coordinate full-scale EAM/ERP implementations across TMM yards, focusing on Work Orders, Materials, Equipment, and Purchasing modules.
- Oversee asset data collection, validation, and population to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Deliver training sessions for EAM users across departments including Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, and QES.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective system usage.
- Set up new users in the EAM system, assign appropriate roles and permissions, and adjust access as job responsibilities evolve.
- Manage asset creation, inter-yard transfers, and operational status updates.
- Oversee part creation, cataloging, and inventory lifecycle including retirement of obsolete items and validation of cross-references.
- Resolve system issues such as login errors, work order discrepancies, and process gaps.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders’ teams to test and implement new EAM functionalities that improve efficiency and visibility.
- Coordinate the deployment and maintenance of iPads used for EAM functions, including setup, troubleshooting, and location tracking.
- Responsible for applying monthly currency updates provided by the Finance team to ensure accuracy and alignment in financial operations.
- Perform regular audits of EAM processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and best operational practices.
- Proven experience with EAM or ERP systems in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and purchasing workflows.
- Excellent communication and training skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing system enhancements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
