Purchase Requisition Coordinator

Overview:

The Purchase Requisition Coordinator supports the requisitioning and receiving process for service-related purchases. Acting on behalf of internal clients, this role is responsible for creating purchase requisitions, processing service entry sheets and goods receipts in SAP, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and audit-ready. This position requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, and effective coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal procurement/payables teams.

Responsibilities:

- Receive service requisition requests and supporting documentation from internal clients.

- Create and submit purchase requisitions in SAP on behalf of clients.

- Verify completeness of documentation before requisition submission.

- Ensure purchase orders route correctly to the buying team for processing.

- Upon receipt of invoices tied to POs, complete Service Entry Sheets (SES) and Goods Receipts in SAP on behalf of clients.

- Upload documentation to support goods receipt postings for audit and compliance.

- Troubleshoot issues with requisitions, invoices, or receipts by coordinating with suppliers, payables, and client teams.

- Track and follow up on requisition and goods receipt progress to ensure timely completion.

- Comply with all internal controls, including System of Management Controls (SMC), Delegation of Authority (DOAG), CIMS guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in Purchase Requisitions experience required.

- Strong knowledge of the procure-to-pay process and ERP (SAP) systems.

- Customer service experience required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a time-sensitive environment.

- Awareness and sensitivity to process and control requirements.

- Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including backgroung check and drug test.
