Purchasing Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Manager with strong experience in both Excel and Fishbowl ERP to oversee purchasing and inventory operations for a catalog of 600+ active references.

Responsibilities:

- Use Fishbowl ERP and Excel daily to manage inventory data, reporting, and purchasing workflows

- Oversee inventory control and optimize stock levels

- Remove items from stock, track usage, and forecast future purchasing needs

- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for favorable terms

- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards

- Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing with production needs

- Monitor logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Handle supplier claims and discrepancies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
