How You’ll Make an Impact

- Analyze customer specifications and develop tailored proposals.

- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to define scope and pricing.

- Prepare cost estimates using drawings, layouts, and site data.

- Evaluate supplier quotations and summarize total project costs.

- Write and revise proposal documents and contract terms.

- Provide market insights to support strategic business development.

- Participate in meetings to clarify technical and commercial requirements.

- Support initiatives to improve proposal efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in proposal development or cost estimating.

- Experience in the commercial and industrial power sector preferred.

- Strong understanding of transformers and electrical systems.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
