The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining project
schedules to ensure energy infrastructure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in
alignment with project goals. This role plays a critical part in tracking progress, forecasting
delays, optimizing resource allocation, and coordinating with stakeholders. The Project
Scheduler works closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, field
supervisors, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule across power plants,
substations, solar farms, wind farms, oil & gas facilities, and transmission & distribution
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or
Establish project timelines, milestones, and critical path schedules to ensure timely
Break down project activities into tasks, durations, dependencies, and resource
Coordinate with project teams to update schedules based on actual progress and
Monitor construction progress, work sequencing, and milestone achievements.
Conduct schedule analysis and forecasting to predict delays and resource bottlenecks.
Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to track project performance.
Generate progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and risk assessments for
Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement Teams, and
Superintendents to align schedules with project execution plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure material deliveries align with

Maintain schedule baselines, change logs, and historical data for future project
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly schedule reports.
Ensure compliance with contract scheduling requirements and client expectations.
Support claim analysis and delay documentation in case of project disputes.
Experience: 5+ years in project scheduling, preferably in energy sector projects (power
