We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Operations Manager to oversee key operational functions, manage teams, and ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on project management experience, and a solid understanding of fabrication or manufacturing processes. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can balance project oversight, team management, and operational improvement.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, production coordination, and resource allocation.
- Oversee multiple departments to ensure alignment with project goals and customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, and fabrication teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for project updates, ensuring effective communication between internal teams and clients.
- Track project milestones, identify potential risks or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Lead departmental meetings, maintain key operational reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Drive operational improvements focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process consistency.
- Support the development and mentoring of team members to strengthen leadership and accountability across departments.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of managerial experience in operations, project management, or production leadership required.- Fabrication or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage teams and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and operational best practices.
