Description Summary:
The project manager plans and coordinates the activities related to manufacturing/construction projects, overseeing the organization, scheduling and implementation
Duties/Responsibilities
- Point of contact for project assignments
- Manages all aspects of the assigned projects
- Responds to inquiries about projects, provides updates and reports
- Acts as a liaison between the company and its customers, clients
- Represents the company and customers in various project meetings
- Establishes project objectives and performance standards within the boundaries of company policy and contract specifications
- Attend weekly conference calls and production meetings
- R-5’s: requests for information- detailer to customer
- Create takeoff: (put together items to bill the customer for-billing spreadsheet, order of magnitude)
- Handle multiple projects at the same time
- Update Fabtrol on project progressions- Main point of contact for sub-fabricators and specialty fabricators
- Manage the schedule for sub contractors
- Maintain project progressions, address issues and concerns, and answer questions about the projects
- Cost comparisons: bidding, change order requests, change billing, price adjustments, etc.

Employee may rarely be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and a variety of extreme conditions at job sites in outside weather conditions. (when visiting job sites)
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work
This is a full-time position with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week.
