Quantum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects across the organization, including IT, business operations, digital transformation, and strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive project success, and align outcomes with Quantum’s business goals.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across IT, operations, and business functions.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance, and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading diverse projects across IT, operations, and business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.
- Strong understanding of both technical and business project lifecycles, including operational workflows, and broader business process initiatives such as finance, HR, sales, and supply chain projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and evolving requirements.
- Experience managing a variety of project types, including IT development and implementations, operational improvements, and customer-facing solutions.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, business process reengineering, and change management.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, sales, and external vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
