Project Manager

Responsibilities

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

● Review job details and production packets to understand scope of work

● Attend pre-construction meetings w/ Operations Managers and/or Sales for more detailed site review

● Create construction plan for each project

● Review production packets / construction plan with foreman prior to job start as required

● Work with Inventory / Yard Manager to schedule equipment needs for each job

● Review material needs with Inventory / Yard Manager

● Contact and coordinate subcontractors for exact schedule dates needed

CONSTRUCTION

● Discuss / review daily schedule with foreman

● Communicate material / equipment needs with foreman

● Meet crew on site to review scope of work and establish expectations

● On site client communications regarding details and next steps of project

● Follow up on job sites for quality control

● Review LMN time tracking to ensure the crew is staying on track

● Perform final walk-through with client for all completed jobs

● Communicate job completion to Operations Manager

Proficiency in tools like Click up will enhance your ability to manage resources and timelines efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
