● Review job details and production packets to understand scope of work
● Attend pre-construction meetings w/ Operations Managers and/or Sales for more detailed site review
● Review production packets / construction plan with foreman prior to job start as required
● Work with Inventory / Yard Manager to schedule equipment needs for each job
● Review material needs with Inventory / Yard Manager
● Contact and coordinate subcontractors for exact schedule dates needed
● Discuss / review daily schedule with foreman
● Communicate material / equipment needs with foreman
● Meet crew on site to review scope of work and establish expectations
● On site client communications regarding details and next steps of project
● Follow up on job sites for quality control
● Review LMN time tracking to ensure the crew is staying on track
● Perform final walk-through with client for all completed jobs
