SUMMARY: Our Tenant Improvement group is expanding and now we’re on the search for a Project Manager. In this role, you will manage projects from commercial renovation to new ground up construction in the range of $250k - $8mm. This group is great for a Project Manager who wants to work on complex, intricate, fast-paced projects. Currently this group is one of the most successful in all of San Diego.
As a Project Manager, you will be the primary company representative responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project in the Tenant Improvement group. You’ll direct and supervise activities related to contract administration, permit submittals, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, oversee BIM coordination and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, safe, and timely manner.

The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
