VP OF CONSTRUCTION

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible overall management direction to multiple construction projects (plans, budgets, schedules, organizes, and controls assigned projects). Maintains close contact with clients, and monitors construction and financial activities to ensure proper project completion. This position may be an on-site manager for large, complex projects. The SPM should lead by example and uphold the mission and values of R.C. Construction Company.

Education And Other Requirements

Physical Demands- Must be able to sit for long periods of time

- Ability to frequently repeat the same movements with arms, hands, wrist, and fingers. (Use fine manipulation, frequent to constant traditional keyboarding)

- Use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble small objects

Ability to seldomly lift- Ability to reach overhead, at or below the shoulder

- Ability to see details of objects that are less than a few feet away

- Understand the speech of another person

- Speak clearly so listeners can understand

- Ability to focus on one source of sound and ignore others
