Thermosystems is a manufacturer's representative for commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products based in Elmhurst, Illinois. We have an applied sales team, parts department, full-service department, and controls team to support the products we represent.

Job Description:

· End to end management of complex Turnkey HVAC installations.

· Develop detailed cost estimates for comprehensive Turnkey projects.

· Collaboration with both the sales and operations team, as well as outside customers and vendors.

· Consistently deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

· Conduct on-site evaluations to assess project opportunities and support successful execution.

· All other duties assigned.

Qualification:

· 10+ years of local experience is required.

· PMP Certification required.

· Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

· Previous experience working with Microsoft 365.

· Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and electronically.

· Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

· Highly organized.

· Team player and willing to help others.

· Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
