Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing resources, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
Manage and mentor project team members, including assistant project managers, project engineers, and other staff.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Manage change orders and their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget.
Ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
Manage project closeout process, including punch list completion, final inspections, and documentation.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
Proficiency in project management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Valid driver's license.



Preferred Skills:

Experience with multi-family construction.
Knowledge of LEED certification process.
Familiarity with Procore.
