Project Manager

Position Overview

Benning Power Electronics is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proficiency in standard project management tools. This role requires exceptional organizational skills to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives in the power electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and sales, to drive project success.

· Utilize project management tools such as Kanban, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft OneNote to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate updates.

· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

· Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress, and action items.

· Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

· Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus.

· Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in power electronics or manufacturing environment.

· Technical Background: Understanding of power electronics, manufacturing or similar technical domains preferred.

· Tool Proficiency:

o Expertise in Microsoft Project for project scheduling and tracking.

o Experience with Kanban boards for workflow management.

o Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling.

o Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OneNote for note taking and information organization.

Skills:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
