Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery and financial management of earthworks and utility infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in ensuring project profitability, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction from tender through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple infrastructure projects, focusing on earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, and utility installations.
•
Work closely with project managers, estimators, site teams, and clients to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control.
•
Prepare and review MSA contracts and subcontracts
•
Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
•
Provide detailed monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and valuation submissions.
•
Manage procurement schedules, supplier negotiations, and subcontractor relationships.
•
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment applications, and change management.
•
Support the bid and tender process by contributing to pricing strategies, scope clarifications, and commercial documentation.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
•
Associate's degree in construction management or a related discipline.
•
Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial or project management role
•
Proven track record of managing the commercial aspects of earthworks or infrastructure projects.
Skills & Knowledge:
•
Strong understanding of civil engineering and utility installation.
•
Excellent financial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
•
Strong stakeholder communication and conflict resolution abilities.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial management tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
