The Project Manager at Dynamic US will oversee and manage construction projects at multiple field locations, ensuring successful execution of the project. This position requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate field operations, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications, environmental health and safety regulations, and state and local codes. This position will work directly with the site superintendent.
Key responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, leading project teams, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders, and resolving any field-related challenges. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain project efficiency.
With a direct presence in the field, the Project Manager will be instrumental in driving project success, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless communication at on-site operations.
· Oversee Field Operations at a minimum of one project site location, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.
· Manage Multiple Subcontractors, Trades, and Vendors Simultaneously, ensuring efficient coordination and adherence to work schedules, project timelines, and budgets.
· Interact with Owners and Engineering Firms to directly coordinate project meetings, updates, meeting minutes and invoicing as well as address concerns and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
· Enforce Safety and Quality Standards by monitoring job site activities, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
· Maintain Project Schedules and Budgets, identifying potential delays or cost overruns and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
· Resolve On-Site Challenges by proactively addressing unforeseen issues, coordinating with relevant parties, and making real-time decisions to minimize disruptions.
· Ensure Compliance with Regulations by staying up to date on state and local codes, permitting requirements, and contractual obligations.
· Communicate with Internal and External Stakeholders, providing detailed progress reports and facilitating productive collaboration across teams.
· Mentor and Lead On-Site Teams, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and teamwork to drive project success.
· Developing charts, graphs, and monthly reports for project reporting
· Assisting in the preparation of project-specific safety plan
· Proactively executive the project safety and quality plan
· Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with owners, unions, subcontractors, etc.
· Managing project budget and change orders including negotiations with subcontractors
Interested candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing $5+ million construction projects, coordinating with various trades, engineering, and ensuring compliance with state and local codes and environmental health and safety regulations. Interested candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
· First Aid, CPR, AED, and Stop the Bleed Training
· Experience with New York State and New York City Agencies is preferred
· Strong Leadership and Management Skills to oversee field operations, coordinate teams, and drive project success.
· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with subcontractors, vendors, owners, engineering firms, and internal teams.
· Proven Ability to Coordinate with Site Superintendents, Trades, and Subcontractors, ensuring seamless workflow and project efficiency.
· Extensive Knowledge of Construction Methods, Engineering Principles, and State and Local Codes to ensure compliance and high-quality project execution.
· Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Abilities to address and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively.
· Time Management and Organizational Skills to manage project costs, schedules, and deadlines to keep work progressing efficiently.
· Proficiency in Construction Management Software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Trimble Unity Connect, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Project) for tracking progress, documentation, and reporting.
· Understanding of Safety Regulations and Quality Control Standards to enforce job site compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
· Ability to Read and Interpret Design and Technical Drawings and Project Specifications to ensure proper execution of work.
· Adaptability and Decision-Making Skills to handle unexpected changes, adjust plans as necessary, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced field environment.
