The Project Manager is responsible for the development of project scopes, designs, and construction specifications & cost estimates, project milestones and timelines. This person is responsible for development of maintenance, completion of engineering projects, contractor meetings, and various other aspects of Project Management.

The pay for this position ranges from $83,300.00 to 116,500.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.
