Are you a skilled and detail-oriented leader?

We’re looking for a Bi-Lingual (spanish, english)Production Manager that will receive training to ensure our painting projects are completed on time and within budget. As a key member of our team, you will be the cornerstone of our project management, allowing the business owner to focus on growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines.

Weekly Coordination: Lead weekly meetings with the owner, sales rep, and office admin to keep projects on track and prepare for upcoming tasks.

Quality Control: Regularly check in on projects, monitor quality, and perform final walk-throughs to secure 5-star reviews.

Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns to avoid miscommunications and set clear expectations.

Weekly Preparation: Project Planning: Understand project scopes, assign crews, order materials, and prepare budgets.

Team Coordination: Hand off work orders to Project Foremen and ensure all crews have the necessary equipment and acceptance forms.

Daily Tasks: Site Visits: Monitor quality control on-site and address any complex project issues.

Team Communication: Maintain regular communication with crews and office admin, and ensure all necessary materials are approved and delivered.

Completion Checks: Conduct final walk-throughs and ensure acceptance forms are signed, collecting checks when necessary

Client Customer Service: Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear information and managing expectations.

Education and Support: Educate clients about project steps and maintain an open-minded attitude to address any concerns.
