Project Manager

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards.

- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely execution of project milestones.

- Lead regular project meetings, maintain project documentation, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

- Identify project risks, delays, or resource gaps early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

- Monitor and analyze project performance using key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet project objectives.

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and best practices in safety, quality, and project management.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 3–5 years of experience managing projects in a technical, manufacturing, or industrial environment.

- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.

- Proficient in project scheduling and reporting software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar).

- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP or equivalent project management certification.

- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environment.

- Familiarity with EH&S standards and working in environments with regulated materials.

- Willingness to travel or work at off-site project locations as needed.

Our pay and benefits

- Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on education, experience and skills
