Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (schedule may vary based on job needs and possible out-of-town travel)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge of UL508, UL698, and E-House manufacturing to oversee the execution of electrical manufacturing projects from kickoff to delivery. This role will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications while coordinating with engineering, fabrication, and field teams to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery. This is an onsite role in Corpus Christi, TX.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage UL508A, UL698, and E-House manufacturing projects through the full lifecycle.

- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

- Coordinate with engineering, production, and QA/QC teams to align on project requirements.

- Develop project schedules, track progress, and proactively resolve risks or delays.

- Manage budgets, purchase orders, and change orders in alignment with company standards.

- Ensure compliance with UL standards, customer specifications, and internal quality processes.

- Conduct regular project meetings, reporting updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of project management experience in electrical manufacturing, panel building, or E-House fabrication.

- Working knowledge of UL508A and UL698 standards.

- Strong understanding of electrical design, fabrication, and installation practices.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and schedules.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

- PMP certification is a plus.

- SAP B1 experience is a plus.
