Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Project Manager (with estimating experience) located in Jacksonville, FL, with some work-from-field flexibility. The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects. Key tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
