Take on the role of Project Management Intern at the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) within the Transmission Project Management Office in Austin, TX, a vibrant city! This outstanding opportunity lets you join an ambitious team focused on delivering LCRA TSC's Capital Project portfolio flawlessly. As an intern, you will directly engage in upgrades to our Transmission Line and Substation systems, while consistently prioritizing safety and excellence.
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for transmission projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to determine project scopes and objectives.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining project documentation and reports.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to collaborators.
- Help identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful implementation.
- Support the coordination of project activities across multiple teams.
- Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program in sophomore year or has completed sophomore year and will be starting junior year.
- Business Administration, Management, Construction Science, or Engineering degree plan.
- Advanced Excel Experience.
