Chesapeake Home Services, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Plumbing and HVAC team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination between departments and successful project execution. Responsibilities and Duties
•Coordinate cross-functional activities between service, plumbing, installation, and sales departments to ensure project success
•Order HVAC and plumbing equipment/materials from vendors and ensure timely delivery to job sites
•Utilize ServiceTitan software for job tracking, scheduling, and documentation (experience preferred)
•Pull permits for residential and commercial projects in Maryland and Delaware, ensuring regulatory compliance
•Schedule and coordinate crane services for equipment lifts and large-scale installations
•Register manufacturer warranties upon project completion and maintain documentation
•Prepare and submit manufacturer and state rebate applications accurately and timely
•Resolve customer concerns by acting as a liaison between field teams and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
•Track equipment/material status and job progress, reporting updates to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
•Previous experience coordinating projects in HVAC and/or plumbing service industries (3-5 years)
•Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing equipment, materials, and terminology
•Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service/project management software preferred
•Knowledge of permitting procedures in Maryland and Delaware
•Strong administrative skills with experience handling warranties and rebates
•Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
•Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
•Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment
•High attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
