Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following
- Supporting project activities from initiation to completion.
- Procurement activities: issuing purchase and change orders, tracking documentation, and receipt of orders for all components of construction projects.
- Set up and maintain a detailed project tracking sheet to monitor and track progress for each project.
- Compile and maintain comprehensive project documentation, project submittals, and operation & maintenance manuals. Responsible for printing and shipping of documents and final O&M manuals at project end.
- Work in a team environment with Project Manager(s) to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Work closely with Project Manager(S) and Field Supervisor(s) to ensure coordination of deliveries.
- Communicate/report and escalate to management any issues as needed.
- Foster Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent internal & external communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required; Adobe Acrobat Pro experience is preferred.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
- Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure that your own behavior and the behavior of others are consistent with these standards and align with the values of the organization.
- Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office required).
- University degree preferred. Experience in Project Administrative in a similar industry is a plus.
- Spanish speaking is strongly desired.
