Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Enterprise Solutions team. The successful candidate will play a key role in tracking and coordinating projects of varying sizes from short-term initiatives to complex, multi-year programs. This is an on premise role based in Calgary, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and brings a strong blend of organizational, technical, and communication skills.
Core Responsibilities
•Support ERP implementation project planning, coordination, and tracking across business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
•Coordinate project schedules, interdependencies, and resource assignments across multiple active initiatives.
•Maintain accurate and current RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions)
•Facilitate project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are assigned and tracked.
•Provide consistent and timely updates to the Director and key stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and critical path items.
•Manage SharePoint project documentation hubs, ensuring consistency, version control, and accessibility.
•Assist in preparing and maintain project summaries, dashboards, and presentations for executive and board-level audiences.
•Contribute to evaluating and onboarding new project management tools and templates as required.
•Support cross-team communication efforts and promote best practices in project documentation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; with equivalent experience will be considered.
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination or a project support role with an IT or digital transformation focus.
•Tracking, auditing and reporting on expenses and resource utilization.
•Experience supporting ERP implementation projects (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) is required.
•Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, business leads, and operationally focused personnel.
•Experience managing tasks and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
•Proficient with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
Methodologies
•Agile (Scrum or Kanban) for iterative or technical delivery.
•Waterfall for structured projects with clear phases and milestones.
•Experience with hybrid project environments combining formal oversight and adaptive delivery practices is a strong asset.
Certifications (Preferred Assets)
•CAPM, or progress towards obtaining PMP certification
•PMI-ACP or Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM)
•Combination of experience and related certifications will be considered.
