Project Coordinator (Part-Time, In-Person) – Derheim Painting | Ardmore, OK

Derheim Painting is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our operations team in Ardmore. This 100% in-person role is for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where results matter.
You’ll be the friendly, organized point of contact for new painting clients after a sale is made — setting the tone for a smooth and professional experience. You’ll also help drive backend operations by handling invoicing, payments, and internal coordination.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
•Making welcome calls to new clients to review project scope, confirm deposits, colors, schedule expectations, and next steps
•Coordinating color consults and sending digital approval documentation
•Accurately updating project details in our CRM and software platforms
•Handling accounts receivable (invoicing clients) and accounts payable (cutting checks to vendors and subcontractors)
•Making outbound calls to clients for coordination and updates (not sales or appointment setting)
•Supporting internal team members (PM, sales, painters, call center)
•Performing light office tasks like scanning, uploading, and document filing
•Assisting with occasional in-person networking or community events and helping us grow

Position Details:
