Minimum of 1 to 2 years in residential construction experience.

Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Determined, hard working and detail oriented – ability to multi task and remain composed a MUST!
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills – both orally and written

Valid clean driver’s license (must be insurable to drive a company vehicle)

*Work closely with sales dept to track projects from inception through the Pre-Construction process.
* Communicate and Coordinate with Clients and the Design , Pre-Construction and Construction teams.
* Manage and backup for 1 admin / front desk position.
