PROJECT ACCOUNTANT / PAYROLL RESPONSIBILITIES STERLING HEIGHTS, MI

We are looking for Accountant to join our construction team! Residential and Commercial Construction. Sage CRE 300 (Timberline) and Timberscan paperless Software experience a plus!!
Set up and maintain project files: contracts, bidding, NOC’s , NTO’s, insurance certificate, approved change orders, assist Project Manager, etc.
Maintain budgets, change orders, billings, AIA, insurance, NOC, NTO, PO, subcontractors and suppliers, correspondence and contracts. Paperless filing
Reconcile and enter in Sage Budgets, AP, AR, Job cost coding
Reconcile Vendor Statements and request any missing invoices
Reconcile Credit cards enter to Job Cost in Sage Timberline
Payroll/HR Job cost weekly timesheets, enter and process payroll, Tax returns, W-2
· You must have at least 3 years work experience in Job Cost Accounting.
· You must have at least 2 years of construction experience.
· You must possess great attention to detail, accuracy, and be well organized.
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
· Willingness to assist others and work in a team environment.
· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
