The Role: We're on the lookout for a Project Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end construction environment. You'll play a pivotal role in managing the financial heartbeat of our projects, collaborating closely with Project Managers and leadership to ensure financial accuracy and strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure timely and accurate project billing, while addressing cost variances proactively. Reconcile project accounts, manage records, and collaborate on project-related financial planning. Serve as the financial liaison between project teams and leadership, providing critical profitability insights. Ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Collaborate with external auditors and ensure seamless project closeouts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of construction accounting experience, ideally within luxury or high-end residential projects. Expertise in Sage 100 Contractor and Procore Financials. CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required. Strong financial analysis skills and keen attention to detail.
