Cool Stuff you get to do:

•

Produce a high volume of billing reports and distribute to Project Managers

•

Produce a high volume of invoices from instructions received by Project Managers

•

Review and produce special client invoicing and forms as needed

•

Send client invoices per client preferences including: online billing, pay applications, waivers, email

•

Produce change order requests

•

Bill sub consultant invoices

•

Daily communication with clients, project team and sub consultants

•

Reconcile client invoices to client’s records

•

Research client issues and prepare information to aid Project Managers with resolution

•

Revise and reproduce invoices as needed at Project Manager direction

•

Review Purchase Orders and Change Orders before signature

What will help you be successful:

•

Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or higher

•

Licensed Notary preferred

•

3+ years of related accounting/billing experience, preferably in (AEC) industry

•

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook)

•

Accounting Software experience (Ajera preferred)

•

Highly organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter

•

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary

•

Assertive individual with effective communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor

•

Excellent Communication and presentation skills
