PURPOSE:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Applications Program Manager who will shape and optimize program management processes. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex environments and has a passion for driving enterprise-wide SAP initiatives to success.

KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

- Design, implement, and continuously improve program processes, tools, and governance frameworks.

- Drive stakeholder engagement and build adoption of program processes across business units and technical teams.

- Lead planning iterations with IT and key stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery timelines.

- Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to ensure solution integrity across the SAP landscape and its peripheral systems.

- Work cross-functionally with IT, finance, operations, and external vendors to align program execution with organizational priorities.

- Monitor program performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.

- Facilitate change management and ensure compliance with organizational standards and SAP best practices.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Information Technology

- 5+ years of experience in ERP (SAP) program management and process development

- Demonstrated success in building stakeholder buy-in and adoption of project management frameworks

- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., ECC, FICO, MM, SD)

- Familiarity with project planning, demand management, and portfolio management practices

- Experience working with architects to maintain solution consistency across integrated systems

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAP certification

- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) for project tracking and portfolio governance

- Master’s Degree in Business or Information Technology
