Job Description:
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Business Unit and facilitating the successful execution of projects and initiatives. Reporting to the Business Unit Head or Project Manager, this role assists with project planning, coordination, documentation, and communication. Job Functions & Responsibilities:
•Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, and coordinating project activities alongside the Project Manager.
•Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, and project timelines.
•Facilitate clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors; organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up.
•Identify and track project risks and issues; support development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
•Monitor the quality of project deliverables and assist with quality reviews and corrective actions.
•Support coordination of resource needs and availability across teams and departments.
•Conduct research and contribute to data analysis on project-related topics under guidance from management.
•Assist with internal content management for business-related intranet pages, ensuring accuracy and usability.
•Provide ad hoc support such as preparing presentations, coordinating project events, managing documentation, calendars, and travel logistics.

Education & Certifications:
•Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred:
•Experience or familiarity with project management software is a plus.
•Demonstrated interest or experience in business operations or project-based environments.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
